Experienced and well-resourced

A happy home is one that’s safe, secure and stable for residents. Our team are recruited based on outstanding credentials and experience, as well as personal qualities of kindness and compassion. Forming friendships, building a sense of community– these are the things that make daily life meaningful for everyone.

We’re also committed to ensuring our staff are properly supported so they can give their best to residents. That means having the right staff-to-resident ratios and providing regular training in techniques, procedures and standards across hygiene, mobility, nutrition and recreation, so teams are well equipped to make sure our residents feel comfortable and relaxed.

Healthy, happy and active

Our residents benefit from a wide variety of options for stimulation and enjoyment. From gentle, fun-filled exercise classes such as Siel Blue, to card games, gardening, baking and arts and crafts, our residents have plenty to occupy their day. We also provide therapeutic sessions, including hand massage, pet therapy and sensory stimulation.

Our Activity Coordinator gets to know each resident and creates a personal activity schedule that will meet their needs and their tastes. All our activities are designed to be enjoyed at every level of experience or ability and we welcome family and friends joining in the fun, too!
