As one of Ireland’s leading nursing home groups, our mission is to offer residents the highest possible standards of care, ensuring they feel respected and part of a thriving community.
We believe that a caring home is a home that is connected to its community. Most of our residents come from the surrounding area and each of our homes bear the hallmarks of its unique neighbourhood culture, creating places where residents and their families feel they belong.
We know that choosing the right nursing home for a loved one can be challenging. We operate with empathy and compassion, helping families to make this transition as comfortably as possible.
Our model of care is always centred on the needs and desires of our residents. At Grace Healthcare, we work to make sure that they have what they need to feel at home and live fulfilling lives.
Thoughtfulness
In everything we do, we put residents first, from integrating activities to ensuring a smooth transition into their new home.
Transparency
We will always communicate sincerely and clearly with residents and their families.
Respect
We will always show the utmost respect for our residents and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and their individual needs are met.
